FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Seasons Medical Spa Helps Local Resident Prepare for Mrs. America Pageant At a beauty pageant in Chillicothe in March, local Springfield resident Natalene Sipes seemed absolutely perfect to the judges who crowned her as the 2004 Mrs. Missouri. But Sipes knew of the flaw that she had to fix immediately—her imperfect skin. Since she was a teenager, Sipes would not leave her house without foundation, even when she was going to the gym to exercise.
